Dear Jacksonians,

As your new President of the Jackson State University National Alumni Association, Inc., it is my privilege to greet you on my first official day in office. Today is like the first day on any job I have ever undertaken. I took a deep breath and walked into my office with a smile on my face - a smile that speaks to how elated I am to serve YOU, the office from which I will serve you for the next two years.

Jackson State University is a vibrant community with a rich heritage and exciting future, affording its graduates to be rich in resources. In the past, popular perception was that quantity rather than quality was all that mattered to many Americans. Whether that was ever really true is debatable, but the reality is that these days, nothing could be further from the truth. While we would love to boast about quantity, we are here to provide you with quality service and continued development of our organization into the strongest that it’s ever been.

Today, Jacksonians have greater expectations than those that preceded them. Most are very knowledgeable of the world, its many cultures and how they fit in to our culture. We all expect life to be flavorful, authentic and, most of all, enjoyable. To meet those expectations, many organizations have had to re-think many of their operations and JSUNAA, Inc. is no exception. As promised, the Executive Committee is committed to doing its part in making this a greater Association.

As we strive to deliver the T.O.T.A.L. Package, we will keep you informed to happenings around Jackson State University and its alumni. We will work with you to find ways to raise funds to support our operations and programs. We are here for J-S-YOU! Join Us Today!
